After listening to a lot of jazz over the past week, culminating in an amazing performance by renowned trumpeter Ambrose Akinmusire and the PUBLIQuartet last Friday at the Stop/Time Festival presented by Hancher Auditorium, I’ve come to the conclusion that most jazz isn’t meant for an audience at all.

IOWA CITY, IOWA- A winter storm pounded Iowa City Friday night and continued into Saturday morning. 70,000 seats were covered with over six inches of snow by kickoff but the grounds crew had the field ready to go for senior day and the 2015 home finale at Kinnick Stadium. IOWA CITY, Iowa—Three Iowa Football assistant coaches held their spring press conference in the All-America Room inside the Hansen Football Performance Center on Wednesday. Recruiting Coordinator Seth Wallace, Defensive Line coach Reese Morgan and Offensive Line/Run Game Coordinator Brian Ferentz addressed the media for over an hour on how spring practice has gone nine practices in and what their individual position groups need to improve upon heading into the 2015 football season.
