Concert Review: Jefferson Starship, September 21st

Jefferson Starship landed in Iowa City’s Englert Theater on Sunday the 21st of September for a spectacular show. As the show began, the projector took us through time, introducing the band’s long history and members that shaped their legacy, with pictures and videos eliciting our minds’ imagination to the past lives of the other 99% of the room. It. Was. AWESOME.

Breaking the Fourth Wall, a term in cinema described for when characters grasp their fictional nature and directly approach the audience. For this column, I will be breaking the fourth wall by conveying to anyone with a passion for movies and television the next best flick, or recent trend in this entertainment medium.
