The most prestigious of the annual individual player awards in the NBA is, without question, the Most Valuable Player award. This season’s crop of candidates for the Maurice Podoloff MVP trophy include the likes of LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Chris Paul, to name a few. When are the Lakers going to get it together? Remember at the start of the NBA season when the Lakers was struggling? Remember when the Lakers started the season off with a 1-4 record, which made the Los Angeles Lakers decide to fire their head coach Mike Brown. Now look at where they are.
