Going into the second full month of the NBA season, the Sacramento Kings made the biggest acquisition in the NBA so far this season bringing in former All-Star forward Rudy Gay to the Kings from the Raptors in a 7- player deal. The full trade included the Toronto Raptors sending Rudy Gay, Aaron Gray and Quincy Acy to Sacramento in exchange for John Salmons, Greivis Vasquez, Patrick Patterson, and Chuck Hayes.
