The Iowa Hawkeyes came into this one off big wins against Drake and Central Arkansas and are looking to put up a another against a 9-3 Boise State team at Carver before going into the B1G conference season. The fans are packing Carver for a big game against the Blue and Orange. Getting a win in front of a pocked house would be great for Fran’s bunch going forward with Purdue coming to town next Wednesday the 28th in what will prove to be a highly attended and anticipated game for the Hawks. The Hawkeyes, coming off a very impressive victory at Carver on Saturday beating Drake, 82-68, will look to continue the fine tuning and quality play with only 2 remaining games before the B1G season gets underway. Roy Devyn Marble has exploded on the scene as a quality pg, dishing the ball to scorers around the arc and in the paint, and he will look to continue his growth as a go-to option at the 1 guard spot for the Hawks.
