On a regular Thursday in March, I discovered underscores while scrolling on Tiktok. I worked my way through her discography and eventually fell down a rabbit hole of hyperpop. Her take on electronic and pop music is deeply refreshing and her captivating sound is definitely one to pay attention to.

Ally Disterhoft got The Hawks off to another quick start, scoring the team’s first five points en route to her fourth career double-double: she finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Lady Hawkeye’s Dominate in Season Opener

  IOWA CITY, Iowa.- The University of Iowa Women’s Basketball team opened its season Friday night with a 107-56 stomping of University of South Carolina Upstate. Five players scored in double figures for the Lady Hawkeye’s lead by sophomore, Ally Disterhoft who totaled 19 points on seven of eight shooting.   Disterhoft lead the first half charge with 16 of her 19 coming in the first twenty minutes. The University of Iowa woman’s basketball team started their 2013-2014 season Friday night hosting the Hawkeye Challenge at Carver-Hawkeye arena. Iowa faced off against UC Riverside a team from California looking to upset the Hawks on their own court. The game was fast paced and both teams had their equal share of mistakes that could have been crucial in how the game flowed. Women’s Basketball Roasts the Redbirds

The Hawkeyes faced the Illinois State Redbirds on Sunday in their second game this season. Coming into the game with one win already under their belt, the Hawkeyes were in good spirits. Their confidence was easy to see, as Iowa won the beginning tipoff against the Redbirds. The high energy and fast pace were evident from the first tip.
