A new community service organization has been founded at the University of Iowa by freshman Bethany Welsh. 4-H is an organization administered by the National Institute of Food and Agriculture of the USDA. The organization plans on working closely with the youth 4-H of Johnson county and working with Iowa State University’s branch as well.
