A months-worth of rhetoric continued in San Diego at the coaches press conference today with USC’s Clay Helton and Iowa’s Kirk Ferentz. It had been 16 years since Iowa had last won at Hilton Coliseum against in-state rival Iowa State, and that win came in the 2003 NIT.
