Chicago Bears Extend Win Streak to Four with 26-14 Victory Over Saints

Soldier Field finally had something to celebrate again, as the Chicago Bears snapped their eight-game losing streak to the New Orleans Saints with a 26-14 win. Powered by a dominant defense and resurgent run game, the Bears overcame offensive struggles to notch their fourth straight win and move to 4-2 on the season.

Spartans stout defense, resurgent offense doom Hawkeyes

Iowa City, Iowa – Head coach Mark Dantonio said earlier this week that Michigan State was a better team coming out of a bye week. That certainly proved true as the Spartans earned a hard-fought 26-14 victory over the Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday afternoon at Kinnick Stadium. Iowa’s offense netted just 26 yards on its first five possessions of the game. Going three-and-out four times and the other ending in a Jake Rudock interception. The Fall of Troy: Lane Kiffin’s inevitable firing from USC

Head coach Lane Kiffin was fired in the early hours of Sunday morning, not long after USC suffered an embarrassing 62-41 loss at the hands of Arizona State Saturday night at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe.
