Emily Woodbury reports on the “No Cuts, No Hikes” rally that occurred on the steps of the Old Capitol. The rally was led by the Students for Affordable Education and was in protest of the 5-41% tuition increases proposed by Iowa state Board of Regents.
Also, the KRUI News team interviews John Rigby (UISG President) about the rally and the future for state funding/tuition in Iowa.
