As of April 5th, all Iowans are eligible to receive vaccinations. Previously, state guidelines restricted vaccines to high-risk groups such as essential workers, adults aged 65 and up, or people with pre-existing medical conditions. 28-year-old Tremayne “Duke” Clemons has been falsely accused of a shooting in Coralville, and eight months later is still in jail. He has not been able to post bail or bond even thought he has already been proven innocent. Police raided Duke’s home and took him into custody January 7. He was questioned and was able to prove that he had no connection, but was held in jail.
