KRUI Statement of Solidarity

KRUI Radio stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.

We here at KRUI 89.7 FM cannot ignore the actions and systems that result in and contribute to institutionalized racism. We encourage all to speak out against acts of racism and hatred as well as do research and self-reflect on their own biases.

Silence is compliance and we will use the resources we have to uplift Black voices and fight against discrimination.

We are committed to uplifting and highlighting underprivileged communities that have been historically silenced by providing a supportive platform where we can engage in dialogue, education, and the celebration of our diversity and common humanity.
