Known for recording live, folk group Pillars and Tongues blends simple instruments like violin, upright bass, harmonium, and percussion to create a sophisticated and unique sound. They played on Friday, April 1 at The Mill with Iowa City resident Skye Carrasco, Minneapolis group Dark Dark Dark, and Brooklyn band Here We Go Magic.
