In the lead-up to the launch of our new website, we backtracked through the first 27 years of KRUI. Our journey through KRUI history told the story of a station with a rich, often juicy past. The story told of location changes, policy changes and management changes, but one thing has always remained: our commitment to provide Iowa City with a “sound alternative” to mainstream radio.
