Kurt Michael Friese, the owner of Devotay restraurant, sat down with KRUI News Reporters Emily Woodbury and Lauren Siebert to discuss the “Raise the Bar” Campaign which calls for Iowa lawmakers to make changes to “pre-Prohibition era” restrictions on Iowa’s liquor laws. Friese wants bars and restaurants in Iowa to be able to take advantage of the popular trend of infusing their own liquor in house.
