She talks the talk

But inside, her soul is hurting

no amount of shameless flirting

will fix her broken heart

There’s no gorilla glue to mend the part

he tore to pieces

Every time she sees him, her smile decreases

Time and time and time again she lets him into her mind

only to wish that she could go blind

Never wanting to see his baby blues

’cause they only make her remember how much he doesn’t have to lose.
