Central Iowa native, and Alternative Rock and Hip-Hop artist Coolzey, is headed to Iowa City this Friday, September 13th. The rapper/singer will be supported by psych-pop girl group Muscle, (for whom he will also be playing bass), and local Coralville Pop/Punk group, Lipstick Homicide.
In 2010, Coolzey released his debut solo album The Honey, independently. Although you can’t quite place a finger on his genre style, his new album Hit Factory, has a dash of Rock, Grunge, and Hip Hop. This show promises to be a dynamic and entertaining night for all music..
