Last week, the University of Iowa memes Facebook page blew up in one night, with hundreds and hundreds of memes being created and posted by UI students. “Scumbag Steve”, “Socially Akward Penguin”,”Hipster Kitty” and even the new meme, “Scumbag Sally Mason” were among some of the more popular images. The creator of the Facebook page, Matt Starns, and administrator of the page, Andrew Deloucas, joined us in the studio to talk about the page, why it is no longer visible, and the future of the page.
